On Sunday, June 16, 2013, almost 400 attendees celebrated a special Father's Day event at the ArtsQuest Center to honor the work and memory of thousands who gave their time, talent, and working careers to the steel industry. Following a presentation by former ArtsQuest president and founder, Jeff Parks, and photo opportunity by the Steel Tribute Wall, guests watched the PBS39 documentary Bethlehem Steel: The People Who Built America in the Musikfest Cafe. Following the film, Bruce Ward moderated a story-sharing portion of the program where steelworkers were given an opportunity to tell their story about their work at the steel.
